These two recordings compare the effect of usual “Mantra Meditation” with SIM. The coherent frequency of human beings is considered as 0.1 Hz. At this frequency all the biological rhythms of body oscillate in total synchronization with each other. When this happens we are in the “zone” – a state of high productivity and efficiency. Notice the smooth undulation of beat to beat heart rate and peak of biological rhythm at 0.1 Hz with SIM. Whereas, “Mantra Meditation” does not produce the same effect and beat to beat heart rate is chaotic. |
